Flying Muller secures Valencia pole

As expected, Yvan Muller kept on hammering his opposition in qualifying at Valencia on Saturday, setting his fourth pole position of the year by almost half a second. After heading both free practice sessions earlier today, Muller produced a 1m42.649s to take pole position in his RML-run Chevrolet Cruze. Points leader, Huff will start second, but his 1m43.105s was the best part of a half a second slower.
